When i first saw this video, i was unsure if this was real or a special effect, however i have now been assured by a medical professional it is the most extreme form of a condition known as 'EPIDERMAL LYSIS BULLOSA' a terrible condition which ranges in severity and can be as little as a small patch of skin affected to the extreme example the baby in the video, these poor children are extremely rare and do not live very long they are usual dead within a few hours, this is a heartbreaking video and if you are sensitive do not watch.
